By accessing or using the Valenheim platform, website, or any related services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Platform Description

Valenheim operates as a curated luxury marketplace facilitating transactions for private jets, yacht charters, supercars, villas, private islands, and rare timepieces. All transactions are conducted exclusively in cryptocurrency.

Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services
• You must have the legal authority to enter binding contracts in your jurisdiction
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your region
• Certain assets and services may not be available in all jurisdictions

3. Cryptocurrency Transactions

All payments on Valenheim are processed exclusively in cryptocurrency (Bitcoin, Ethereum, USDT, USDC). By making a purchase you acknowledge and accept the following:

• Cryptocurrency transactions are irreversible once confirmed on-chain
• You are solely responsible for ensuring you send the correct amount to the correct wallet address
• Valenheim bears no liability for transactions sent to incorrect addresses
• Exchange rate fluctuations between confirmation and settlement are your responsibility
• A unique wallet address is generated for each individual transaction

4. Asset Listings & Pricing

All asset descriptions, specifications, and pricing are provided in good faith and are subject to change without notice. Valenheim acts as a facilitator between buyers and asset owners and does not guarantee the ongoing availability of any listed asset. Prices shown are indicative and final pricing will be confirmed at the point of enquiry.

Refunds & Cancellations

• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in the specific asset listing
• Charter cancellations are subject to the individual operator's cancellation policy
• Refunds, where applicable, will only be issued in the same cryptocurrency used for purchase
• Valenheim's service fee is non-refundable in all circumstances

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Valenheim will never ask for your password via email or phone. Any suspicious account activity should be reported to our concierge team immediately. Accounts found to be engaged in fraudulent activity will be permanently suspended without notice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Valenheim platform — including design, text, graphics, logos, and software — is the exclusive property of Valenheim Global and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Unauthorised reproduction or distribution is strictly prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Valenheim shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform or any transaction facilitated through it. Our total liability in any dispute shall not exceed the transaction fees paid to Valenheim in the preceding 90 days.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international commercial law. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall first be subject to good-faith mediation before any legal proceedings are initiated.

9. Amendments

Valenheim reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage users to review this page periodically.
